The LPMS-NAV3-RS232 is a high-performance 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) specifically designed for navigation-critical applications such as AGVs, mobile robots, and automotive systems. It combines a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope, with an additional high-accuracy single-axis gyroscope, enabling reliable and stable relative heading estimation in dynamic environments.
Housed in a rugged IP67-rated aluminum enclosure, the sensor is protected against water, dust, and vibration—making it ideal for long-term use in harsh industrial settings.
The RS232 communication interface allows easy integration with legacy or industrial host systems that require robust and reliable serial data transmission.
