Description

The LPMS-CANAL3 is a rugged 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and AHRS (attitude and heading reference system) designed for high-speed, drift-free orientation and altitude tracking in demanding environments. Housed in a durable, waterproof enclosure, it integrates seamlessly into industrial and vehicle CAN Bus systems.

The sensor fuses data from a 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer, providing low-drift, real-time 3D orientation data. Built-in temperature and barometric pressure sensors enable accurate altitude estimation, making it ideal for mobile, robotics, and industrial navigation applications.

With support for 500 Hz CAN bus data output, the LPMS-CANAL3 features both a minimal CANopen implementation and a fully customizable CAN message format. All settings and output configurations can be managed via LPMS-Control software.
